FYI: More minor announcements

- Added a quick reply box at the bottom of threads.
- Changed title character limit to 3 instead of 10
- Enabled the Multi-Quote feature (allows you to quote several posts at once)
- Fixed Attachements. The limit is 9.77 kb.
- (I actually did this about 16 days ago) Set up Google Analytics

This the data from October 8th (when I set it up) to today (the 24th)
EDIT: The key for the graph is cut off, so lemme just tell you.
Blue = Returning Visitors: 92.41%
Green = New Visitors: 7.59%
